Business Operations Analyst 

 

Role
As a key member of the BizOps team, you will be responsible for making sure Mobilize’s operations run smoothly as we scale in 2020 and beyond. The role is dynamic, so success requires a strong business judgment and an agile mindset to handle whatever might come your way.

You will:

  • Work closely with the BizOps lead to codify, centralize and manage our repository of processes. In the process, you will look for opportunities to improve and implement changes to minimize complexities and to promote effective operations

  • Gather and analyze data from various user, volunteer and employee surveys, synthesize findings, develop go-forward plans and help drive and translate recommendations into improvements in scores

  • Work with the BizOps lead as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders across the organization to design operational improvements that optimize team performance as we scale

  • Partner with vendors to execute on key sales and corporate operational processes such as account receivables, sales contract management, employee onboarding, payroll and commissions, tax filing, and expense approval

    • Vendors include: Gusto, InDinero, Chargebee, Bill.com, GSuite, Intercom, and Survicate

You are:

  • Humble and confident enough to point out what you don’t know

  • Passionate about organizational efficiency and effectiveness

  • A natural people person that has the communication skills needed to deftly handle a wide variety of people, functions and situations

  • Comfortable using Microsoft / GSuite products (e.g., excel or google sheets) and open to learning SQL (some familiarity with SQL is a plus!)

  • A college graduate with 1-2 years of experience in the working world, preferably in banking or consulting
